This Refund Policy is intended to establish Custom Iron Projects’ general payment, deposit, cancellation, and refund practices. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or waive any rights or remedies that may be available to a customer under applicable federal, state, or local law. In the event of a conflict between this Refund Policy and applicable law, the requirements of the applicable law will control. Project-specific terms contained in a signed estimate, proposal, contract, or service agreement may also apply and should be reviewed together with this policy.
Refund Policy - the basics
All payments made to Custom Iron Projects are non-refundable. Because our services may involve custom design, fabrication, material purchases, scheduling, labor, and project preparation, once a payment or deposit has been made, no refunds will be issued.
Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the project and may be used to secure materials, reserve production time, schedule installation, and begin project-related work. If a customer chooses to cancel, postpone, or no longer move forward with a project, any payments already made will remain non-refundable.
If Custom Iron Projects is unable to complete a project due to circumstances within our control, any resolution will be handled according to the terms outlined in the applicable written estimate, proposal, or service agreement.
By submitting payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this No Refund Policy.
